Avocado Ice cream By Candice Horbacz

14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk, 1 avocado (blend until smooth)

In a stand mixer (or hand if you're old school) pour a pint of heavy whipping cream, whip until stiff peaks form.

Gentyly fold in half the whipped cream into the avocado mixture, and then the other half. Pour into a bread pan and freeze for 3-4 hours.
