Salt and Vinegar Wings by Candice Horbacz

Yes you heard it right! Salt and Vinegar Chicken Wings. This is my all time favorite chip flavor so why not try it on a wing? This is a bit labor intensive but oh so worth it. I ate the whole plate. Don't you judge me until you try these babies.

Soak wings for a few hours in 2tbs sherry vinegar, 2 tbs white vinegar, 3 tbs Ranch seasoning, then steam them for 12 minutes. Once they cool toss them in 2 tbs baking powder, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp flaky sea salt. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet and loosely cover with a paper towel and let them hang out over night.

Take them out the next day, preheat the oven to 375. Make the sauce: 3 tsp white vinegar, 1.5 tsp Sherry vinegar, 3 tsp Flaky sea salt, 1 tsp Granulated sugar, 2 tsp ranch seasoning, toss in the chicken wings. Pro tip MAKE EXTRA SAUCE FOR DIPPING. Place on a wire rack on a baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes, turn bake another 20. Last brush with extra sauce and broil each side for 1-2 minutes.
